Welcome Our New CVHA Administrator

We are excited to share the news that since April 1st, Jodie Penn will is our new CVHA administrator. Jodie has a passion for the community and has lived in Colorado Springs for 23 years and in the Comstock area for a little over 10 years. Jodie will oversee the day-to-day administration tasks, coordinate with the board members and ensure that all the community guidelines and regulations are upheld. Outside of her role on the HOA, Jodie loves to spend time with her family, hiking, mountain biking and just enjoying the Colorado outdoors. She believes that a sense of community is built not only through effective management but also through shared experiences and mutual respect.
