CVHA Homeowners,

On behalf of the CVHA Board of Directors, I would first like to express my deep appreciation to Thomas Falcon, Eric Hunter, Kathy Pivarsky, Brett Tobin, and Joel Tucker for running for the three open positions on the Board. Your commitment to our community is the stuff that makes Comstock a great place to live.

After tallying the votes, Eric Hunter, Kathy Pivarsky, and Brett Tobin were elected to the three positions and will serve from January 2027 to December 2028. We look forward to them joining the Board -- please give them a hardy handshake if you see them out in the neighborhoods.

Additionally, the Board-proposed budget for 2027 passed by overwhelming majority vote.
