Upcoming Covenant Amendment Vote on Owner-Occupied Short-Term Rentals
The HOA Board of Directors will soon be asking for your vote in support of an amendment to our covenants concerning short-term rentals (STRs). This amendment allows our homeowners to apply to the City of Colorado Springs for an Owner-Occupied Short-Term Rental (defined as less than 30 days) permit only in homes which are the homeowner’s primary residence (must reside in the home for 185+ days a year).
