Your Comstock Village HOA Board of Directors is conducting an electronic vote regarding a proposed covenant amendment related to Short‑Term Rentals.
Additional Information concerning this proposed covenant change is on the CVHA website and was updated 15 February.

For those who have not voted:
We want to ensure that you have received your ballot. Each property within Comstock Village is entitled to one (1) voting member for this election. The primary email address currently on file for your property is the email we used to distribute voting instructions and access to the electronic voting tool. If you did not receive an invitation to vote and have a co-owner - check to see if they received the invitation.
The first invitation was delivered Friday, 6 March, and a reminder notification with invitation was delivered Friday 13 March. Also, ensure you check your junk e-mail folder/SPAM. If you determine you did not receive an invitation to vote, please contact our administrator by email: infocvha@gmail.com with your name and phone number so we can work with you to ensure you receive your ballot.
The voting timeline for this election is Mar 6 through Apr 4. All votes must be received no later than Apr 4 to be counted. Reminder notices will be sent to homeowners who have not yet submitted a vote during the voting period.
