Short Term Rental Town Hall Meetings

Last September (2025) the Comstock Village Homeowners' Association (CVHA) Board approved an amendment proposal to the Covenants which would permit owner-occupied homes to be offered as short-term rentals (STRs) with certain guardrails. Prior to putting this proposed amendment up for homeowner vote in 2026, we will be holding a series of town hall meetings on: Nov 20 and Dec 2, 4, and 9 inside the Eagleview Middle School Library. All meetings begin at 7pm.
The purpose of the town hall meetings is for the Board to present the proposed amendment and field any homeowner questions, concerns, or recommendations. It is also an opportunity for homeowners to offer and discuss opposing positions, such as prohibiting STRs altogether. Each meeting will begin at 7:00 PM in the Eagleview Middle School library; the overarching goal of these meetings is to get homeowner feedback.
