Public Works & CSFD Chipping Schedule

At our monthly Comstock HOA meeting this coming Wednesday, May 21, at 7:00 PM, a representative from the Colorado Springs Public Works Department will discuss and answer questions about the next steps for new curbs and gutters in our neighborhood. As you may know, the voters passed an additional tax for new curbs and gutters across the city. This should be a very informative presentation. The meetings are held at the Fire Station #18 at 6830 Hadler View, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, May 21.
CSFD has posted their 2025 chipping schedule for our area; 1st round dates in Rockrimmon are 6/23/25 and the 2nd round dates are 9/15/25. See the complete schedule below.
