Newsletter, Assessment Invoice, and Payment Reminder

Dear Homeowners,

The Comstock Village HOA Newsletter is currently in the mail and should be arriving in your mailbox any day. This mailing includes your HOA assessment invoice.

In addition, we have sent a QuickBooks payment link via email that allows you to conveniently pay your assessment online using ACH. If you would like us to resend the payment link, please reach out and include:

• The best email address to send the invoice, and

• Your property address for verification.

  
  

Please note that all HOA payments are due by February 15. Any payments received after that date will be subject to a $30 late fee.

If you have already submitted your payment, thank you — and please note there may have been some crossover timing between when the newsletter was mailed and when payments were processed.
