Fellow homeowners,

Please join us in congratulating Brian C., Chas C., Casey H., and John U. on their election to the Board. Their two year term will start January 2026 and we are grateful for their willingness to serve our community in this capacity. 

We are very appreciative of all candidates who stepped forward to run in this election.

Additionally, the proposed 2026 budget was approved by nearly all voters -- thanks to all CVHA homeowners who took the time to submit their votes as we endeavor to improve our quality of life and preserve our home values in Comstock Village.
